Rosenberg Capital began in 2025 as a partnership between two founders with a shared vision: to build a modern hedge fund from the ground up. While our history is young, our ambition is clear: to establish Rosenberg Capital as part of the next generation of Australian investment managers.

Rosenberg Capital is grounded in the belief that a small number of exceptional businesses, held with discipline and patience, will outperform a diversified portfolio over any meaningful time horizon.

Every investment is underpinned by a written research memo that defines the thesis, the invalidation conditions, and the entry and exit parameters before any capital is deployed. We build positions in tranches  - largest allocation at the point of maximum dislocation, not maximum enthusiasm.

Cash is not a drag. It is an active position with a defined role: to fund additions when others are forced to sell.

At Rosenberg Capital, our values are embedded in our process, not stated as aspirations.

Discipline: every entry zone, trim trigger, and exit condition is defined before the first share is purchased. They are never changed under price pressure.

Conviction: we allocate to our best ideas at meaningful size. We do not diversify for the sake of it.

Patience: we measure ourselves over full market cycles, not quarters. Short-term volatility is not a problem to be managed - it is an opportunity to be funded.
